What?
Academy also offers the ability to give individual users their own personalised custom roles to allow different users to have their own set of permissions and to save having to create a new Platform Role for just one or two users.
Why?
This feature can be useful for users who have multiple responsibilities which may fall outside of their roles’ scope. Available permissions which can be given to users include;
The ability to manage users
The ability to manage programs
Access to the Academy’s configuration settings
Access to the Academy’s reports
How?
To add user-specific custom roles;
Open User Admin
Access the desired users profile
Edit the user's profile
Click the ‘Add Custom Role’ button
Adjust the permissions and reporting access that will be available for this specific user.
