This release saw many changes to the Learning CANVAS and PRODUCER as a whole, to avoid information overload, here are the new changes you should be aware of.
The Learning CANVAS changes
Stakeholder persona's
In this release, we have decided to expand upon our current Learner Persona's to include information on Stakeholders.
We understand that stakeholders can also play an important role in the learning design process, and as a result, we have merged the existing learner persona's with our new stakeholder persona's to assist learning designers in identifying the impact or influence of each stakeholder's participation in the learning experience, and how their contributions can lead to successful learning.
The Analytics bubble
With the March release we also introduced a new bubble to the layout of the Learning CANVAS being the Analytics bubble, this new section allows you to break down your categories of measurements into five different "insight" types.
These include;
Program Success insights
Adaptive Learning insights
Program Operations insights
Learner Engagement insights
Program Improvement insights
Streams and Phases
With this release we have removed sections from the Journey Overview page and replaced them with streams and phases. This allows you to break down the learning journey into these phases or streams, as a result, letting you plan and manage more complex or detailed learning journeys.
Once the Learning Journey is defined, you can begin creating a Journey Map of the activities the learners will be completing.
Note: We have also added learning time field to our program activities within the Journey map, allowing you to have an understanding of your course length prior to undergoing learning design.
The new CANVAS's views; Notes, Details, Matrix, and Analytics
With this patch we have also incorporated several other useful features to the existing Learning CANVAS, these include;
Notes - Used to capture rough notes on each section, this is particularly helpful in a workshop setting where you need to capture things quickly.
Details - An alternative view with quicker navigation and extra sections, allowing for a more detailed breakdown of your learning CANVAS.
Matrix - Used to check and map learning objectives to learning journey activities and learners
Analytics - A summary report on how your goals and objectives will be measured as well as a plan/report as to how data is to be captured.

PRODUCER changes
CANVAS only mode
As the heading describes, this is a new feature which we have brought along with this patch to assist in saving team storage for programs which specifically consist of only a Learning CANVAS.
We have added a configuration setting in the program settings which now allows us to set the Program type to be either; Scope & Authoring, Authoring exclusively, or only the CANVAS
UNDO - Delete
Something that has become very clear to us through client success efforts is that we needed an UNDO button for when the inevitable mistakes happen.
Previously when content objects or screens were removed, you were left with two options, start again, or see if the screen still existed somewhere else where it could be restored from.
Now, when objects and screens are deleted, the removed items are kept in a list from which they can be restored from!
New Content Object - Evaluation Questions
Evaluation questions are a new data-driven object type targeted at capturing NPS and other data around people's attitudes, opinions, or perceptions such as their satisfaction or confidence to do something.
